Our production is fully automated the blocks are cured in a very special curing system called "pigeon hole door vapor curing system "which is unique in the whole of the Middle East.
In this system, which totally enclosed, millions of tiny bubbles envelop every square centimeter of the blocks. Sides, top, even the insides of the cores are subjected to uniform curing. Constant temperature& humidity above 90% is maintained the curing starts within a few minutes of the block production. All this creates an idle environment for curing.
The Portland cement association bulletins report that conventional steam kilns commonly used register humidifies as low as 50 to 60 %.
The association recommends a minimum 80% humidity for proper curing. Only we go beyond this.
Quality control is essential part of our production. Inspections are carried out at every stage of production namely receiving of materials, mixing of materials, block production storage and also prior to delivery.
Our factory has a large number of molds to molds to produce blocks of different sizes & shapes and with two production lines, we have the capacity to produce and supply any quantity of blocks with an added attraction of job site delivery and unloading.
All our blocks comply with universal standards research & development is carried out on a continuous basis to provide our esteemed customers customers with quality blocks to meet their specific requirements. Keeping in view the current recommendations of the Saudi consolidated electricity company for insulating the walls of all buildings, we are now manufacturing polystyrene insulated Pozzolan hollo concrete blocks with have a high thermal resistance.
