A- Commercial & heavy galvanized steel wire:
-Low or high carbon steel wire.
-Diameter range 1.6mm to 5mm .
-Zinc coating up to 450g/m2.
-Tensile strength 350 to 2200 MPA.
-Specification: ASTM A641/A641-M98.
-ASTM A-817-92, BS-EN 10244-2, ASTM A392. OR any other international Standard.
Typical application:
-Chain link.
-High tension wire for highway fencing.
-Welded fence.
-Wire for PVC coating.
-Gabion for soil protection.
-Barbed wire.
-Concertina.
-Coat hanger hooks.
-Vine yard, bucket handles.
-Nails screws.
B- Cable armoring wire
-Low carbon steel wire.
-Diameter range 1.6mm to 5mm.
-Tensile strength 340 to 500 MPA.
-Specification : is 4454_port1,bs 5216,Din 17223-part-1 or any other international standard.
-IS 3975 or any other international standard.
Typical application: Cable Armoring wires are used in armoring of underground electrical cables.
C- Aluminum Conductor steel reinforcement (ACSR) Wire
-Low or high carbon steel wire.
-Diameter range 1.6mm to 5mm .
-Tensile strength 1200 to 1500 mpa.
-Specification : astm b 498 – 93, bs-en 50189 , bs 4565
-Ies 888 or any other international standard.
Typical application: Acsr wire is used for the reinforcement of aluminum conductors in distribution of electricity.
